Made the Slow Cooker Oriental Pork Chops last night.
In one word...Keeper!
I didn't brown the chops first - but I'm sure they would've been even better if I had. And I forgot to thicken up the sauce, which would have made it better also. I also doubled the sauce as it didn't seem like enough.
Even with all my changes, the whole family liked this. I promptly made up two more meals in freezer bags for upcoming dinners.
Two freezer meals down, a whole bunch more to go!
